Epcot has added a new attraction: Guardians of the Galaxy. This is an indoor roller coaster with a backwards launch.
Universal added new escape rooms to it's City Walk area. They are themed to Back to the Future and Jurassic World. Universal also opened its new Dreamworks land interactive kids area. This is what used to be Barney's, Feivel's Playland, and Curious George. They added characters and stories from Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, and Trolls. It's fun for the whole family. Get ready to be wet as you enjoy the fun.
HHN is still going through the end of October. This frightful event takes place within the Universal Studios Park. It is a separate ticketed event.
Universal is about to become EPIC. Seriously, Universal is constructing a brand new theme park and entertainment complex called EPIC Universe. It is located approximately 1.5 miles from the exsisting Universal Orlando Resort Campus. There are four main lands: Super Nintendo world: featuring Mario, Luigi, and friends; How to Train Your Dragon, Harry Potter, and Dark Universe. The main hub connecting all four lands is called Celestial Park.
Sea World has added a new roller coaster in 2023 called Pipeline: the Surf Coaster. This new surf roller coaster is located near the front entrance between front gate and Bayside Stadium.
As Sea World continues its quest to become the coaster capital of central Florida, it's newest ride is another roller coaster. This roller coaster is called Penguin Trek. It is located where Antartica unsed to be. It has taken the place of the former penguin ride; however, the penguin exhibit still exsists.
Gatorland is one of central Florida's oldest theme parks. There are a number of shows for everyone to enjoy. They have a zipline.
Busch Gardens recently opened it's newly redesigned Iron Gwazi roller coaster. It is considered to be the most thrilling roller coaster in FL.
Howl-O-Scream starts in September and continues through the end of October. This seasonal event is sure to entertain as well as scare those that dare enter Busch Gardens after dark. Again, Howl-O-Scream is a separate ticketed event.
Legoland has opened a new theme park right outside it's door. They named it Peppa Pig. It's designed with even younger ones in mind.
Fun Spot has 2 theme parks in the Orlando area. One is located near Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL and another is in Kissimmee, FL. They have trick-or-treat trail Saturdays and Sundays in October from 4 - 6 PM.
